STRATEGIC ALLIANCE for SHABOOM, INC. and INTEGRAL DEVELOPMENT ASSOCIATES

Molly Gordon, CEO of Shaboom, Inc., and John Forman, Managing Partner of Integral Development Associates (IDA), announced a strategic alliance between the two firms to develop and deliver training and consulting solutions in both live and virtual learning environments.

IDA (www.integraldevelopment.com) provides management consulting, leadership development, and ongoing refinement and development of integral theory and its applications through academic writing, and through research in partnership with other integral theorists. Clients range from Alcoa Aluminum to Evergreen Community Healthcare to CEI Community Ventures, a socially responsible capital venture firm.

Shaboom (www.shaboominc.com) is a coaching and training firm that specializes in showing independent professionals and artists how to thrive in the marketplace while remaining connected to their authentic values and core purposes. Gordon, a Master Certified Coach and founder of the company, is also the creator of Authentic Promotion®, a marketing program delivered in live and teleclass format. Last spring she delivered the program to NASA's Langley Research Center.
