My speaking style is interactive, spontaneous, irreverent. In addition to designing and delivering specific content, I'm a fleet-footed, quick-witted, and resilient facilitator. I love to elicit the intelligence and coherence that are too often latent in meetings, retreats, or planning sessions. I thrive on chaotic, emergent situations.
I'm a mediocre motivational speaker unless I have a felt connection with the audience as a result of prior or concurrent coaching or training. When such a connection exists, I can be a source of authentic inspiration. My strengths are directness, humor, intelligence, and surprise.

Motivates and equips participants to take proactive role in marketing

trainings, non-profits, franchisees, and others. Depending on time frame,

establishing credibility, niche, and writing a marketing plan.
It's Your Party -- You Can Thrive If You Want
To
Explores the role of personal belief systems and demonstrates simple yet
profoundly effective practices for (moving) motivating participants to
move from survival to thrival. Incorporates principles of Integral Transformative
Practice and four-quadrant (AQAL) mapping in a simple tool for outlining
a marketing plan. In English, that means participants have a good time
playing with the notion that they can be more successful, and as a result
they come away with a new attitude and a plan of action.
