Snug as a Bug in a Rug.

On July 3rd, 1995, I constructed a vest for my '67 Volkswagen Beetle from hand and machine knit fabrics. It took about fourteen hours to do the initial fabrication. The following day the Ladybug made her dressed-up debut at the Grand Old Fourth Parade on Bainbridge Island. The following year I appliqued additional swatches and added such embellishments as mirror embroidery.
